Referrals, Targeted Intervention & Mentoring
At Guardian Ballers, we offer specialised programs that are designed to support young people through personalised referrals, targeted interventions, and dynamic mentoring. Our services include:
-
Short-Term Programs: Engage in 1-to-1 or small group sessions ranging from 6 to 12 weeks. These sessions are aimed at tracking progress and measuring impact in collaboration with the referrer, school/education provider or support network of the young person(s).
-
Long-Term Journeys: Commit to longer transformative journeys that focus on personal development & explores all areas of wellbeing which can include physical (BALL), mental-emotional (BE) and vocational wellbeing (BETTER), fostering long-term growth and success.
We have a variety of free/funded and payable services with the aim to create no barriers so all 10-25s have access to this service.
We work closely with referring organisations to tailor an action plan to suit the young person’s needs to equip them to thrive! Our goal is to create a supportive environment where young individuals can grow and be empowered to be happy, healthy and community transformers.
