Order Queries Terms and Conditions

Our products go through a thorough three step process for quality review, so all products that are sent to customers have been quality checked and are of excellent quality. We value high quality service and product and desire for you to only have the best.

We work with a third party courier service to deliver your orders directly to you. If there are issues with the order packaging or defects to your order, this will be due to in transit deliveries issues which we unfortunately cannot control.
