Referrals & Personalised mentoring
We offer a program designed to support young people to overcome challenges, such as isolation, grief, anxiety, school avoidance, criminal justice involvement and more. For 6 to 12 weeks , in 1-to-1 or in small groups, they explore their wellbeing through activities supported by a Wellbeing Practitioner, with expertise and experience.
Our services include:
- Short-Term Programs: Engage in 1-to-1 or small group sessions ranging from 6 to 12 weeks. These sessions are aimed at tracking progress and measuring impact in collaboration with the referrer, school/education provider or support network of the young person(s).
- Long-Term Journeys: Commit to longer transformative journeys that focus on personal development & explores all areas of wellbeing which can include physical (BALL), mental-emotional (BE) and vocational wellbeing (BETTER), fostering long-term growth and success.
We help young people to:

Getting (..) up on a Wednesday is a dream, she is so excited and springs out of bed knowing she has Guardian Ballers.
Her teacher has also said that the (..) that comes into school on a Wednesday (her GB session day) is a different child, she is a breath of fresh air and we can all see the difference and positivity in her since joining the Activate programme.
