Leader Education Sessions and targeted Leadership Development journeys

Whilst we are constantly developing our own staff and volunteers, we have also developed material to help external coaches and leaders to empower the ‘Guardian Ballers way’ in order to lead their young communities to greater mental and emotional wellbeing.

1 hour to Full day Education sessions for established clubs and institutions

Internal custom-designed Leadership programmes

A recent example was our “RE-PRESENT Young Leaders journey” as funded by the Police and Crime Commissioner (2022-23). Young adults aged 15-18 were led through a series of Leadership Experiences as well as Education and Development activities in order to be equipped to empower others through a full #BallBeBetter journey.

We also deliver Workshops and Seminars to support other Leadership programmes as a part of their curriculum.
